文章针对E390型柴油机汽缸盖气门座孔水腔密封部位腐蚀导致密封不严引起漏水的问题,进行腐蚀原因分析。通过对各种腐蚀因素作用的比较,结合椭圆形蚀坑的腐蚀形貌特征分析,总结出水腔内表面切向的往复冲刷作用是腐蚀的主要原因。在对既往修理措施的失效进行分析、总结经验的基础上,针对这种振动冲刷腐蚀特征,提出镶嵌不锈钢套的解决措施。

Via comparing multifarious corrosion factors and analyzing the form of ellipse corrosion - pit. Puts forward the measure of enchasing stainless steel set inlay, basing on analyzing the invalidation and concluding the experience to bypast maintenance measures.
