| Abstract: | The article introduces Qiantang River Estuary Jianshan River Section South Trough Har- nessing Engineering Scheme.The harnessing characteristics are to utilize Zhongsha Island and use the method of"solidifying Zhongsha,cutting the south tide and impelling the area enclosing and the silt heightening"for harnessing river and enclosing beach engineering construction,and for completing the harnessing of the lower reaches of Jianshan River at the estuary of Qiantang River. |
