摘    要:从箱梁腹板斜裂缝对竖向预应力的敏感性分析出发,阐明竖向预应力有效削减腹板主拉应力的力学机理,探讨现阶段国内外竖向预应力设置方法及其优缺点,提出用碳纤维力筋CFRP取代传统的精轧螺纹钢建立有效预应力的新方法,尝试设计其专用锚具及施工工艺。

Abstract:In this paper,starting from analysis of the sensitivity of slant box beam web cracks to vertical pre-stress,the dynamic mechanism of the effective reduction in main web pulling stress by vertical pre-stress is explained.The methods for current vertical pre-stress setting in China and strengths and weak points thereof are discussed.A new method is proposed for setting effective prestress with carbon fiber reinforced bars(CFRP) instead of traditional finely rolled threaded steels.Dedicated anchoring tools and construction processes are further tentatively designed.
