重庆渝中区车行交通综合改善研究

该文通过对动态交通设施研究分析,采取拓宽瓶颈路段、改善主要交叉口、修建地下车行系统分担地面交通流、科学组织单向交通等综合改造措施,增大路网通行能力,均衡交通量分布。通过对静态交通设施研究分析,采取有限度地增加停车位,借项目开发建设和人防工程改造的机会,充分利用地下空间,构建解放碑地下停车系统;繁华市区外围结合轨道交通枢纽建设停车场,倡导公交出行方式;采用科学的管理方法,先进的诱导设施以及对停车收费进行差别化管理等措施,达到综合改善车行交通的目的。

Study on Comprehensive Improvement of Driving Traffic in Yuzhong District of Chingqing

According to the study and analysis of the dynamic traffic facilities,the comprehensive reconstruction measures of widening the bottle-neck road sections,improving the main intersections,constructing the underground driving system to participate the ground traffic flow and scientifically organizing the one-way traffic are taken.It is to increase the traffic capacity of road network and to balance the distribution of traffic flow.Based on the study and analysis of the static traffic facilities,it is limited to increase the parking space,and it is to take the opportunity of the project development construction and the defending engineering reconstruction,fully to utilize the underground space and to build Jiefangpai Underground Parking System.Combined with the rail traffic hub,the parking lots are constructed surrounding the prosperous city area to sparkplug the bus travel method.It is to adopt the scientific management method,advanced inducement facilities and the distinction management of parking charge so as to reach the objective of comprehensively improving the driving traffic.
