| 摘 要： | 介绍了16V280ZJA型柴油机气缸套材料、软氮化机理、内表面珩磨、装车试验。试验结果表明，采用舍金硼铸铁软氧化气缸套与镀铬活塞环及氮化活塞顶配对的摩擦副，摩擦磨损性能得到较大地改善，缸套的使用寿命有很大地提高。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the 16V280ZJA type diesel engine cylinder liner material, soft - nitriding theory, inside surface grinding and on board test. The test result has showed that, by using alloy boron cast iron soft - nitriding cylinder liner, piston ring with plating chromium and friction pairs with nitriding piston top match, the friction wearing performance and the service life of the liner can be greatly improved. |
