摘    要:采用基于改进的三弯矩方程进行调距桨推进轴系的动态校中计算。考虑到调距桨工况不唯一的特点,运转状态计算包括了MCR工况和零螺距工况。动态负荷包括螺旋桨的水动力负荷和齿轮负荷。计算考虑轴承间隙的影响,静态下仅作用于垂直方向上,运转状态下其在垂直和水平方向上的分配通过轴承支反力的方向来确定。

Abstract:This paper presents the dynamic alignment calculation of Controllable-Pitch Propeller(CPP) propulsion shafting based on the improved three-moment equation.With consideration of the instability working condition of CPP,the running conditions include MCR condition and zero pitch condition.The dynamic loads include the propeller hydrodynamic loads and gear loads.The bearing clearance is taken into account,and at static condition only the vertical plane is considered;while at running condition,its distribution in the vertical horizontal plane is decided by the direction of the bearing reaction.
