| 摘 要： | 本文在分析服务标准内涵的基础上,提出了交通运输服务标准界定的方法和标准体系框架构建的原则,并按照交通运输服务的重点领域,构建了交通运输服务标准体系的框架结构,提出了标准体系的实施的建议。
