摘    要:为满足城市轨道交通施工对盾构设备高信息化的要求,针对目前盾构控制系统网络技术的应用情况,分析CAN总线在大型装备自动控制领域应用的特点。利用CAN总线通讯控制技术,采用MAX232、MAX485、LM3S2671、PCA82C250等芯片设计出CAN总线转RS232和RS485的物理接口,实现CAN总线与RS232和RS485总线之间的全双工通讯,同时设计多通道数据采集、处理、上传A/D接口,为盾构控制系统自主设计提供一种思路。

Abstract:Urban rail transit works has high requirements on the informationization of shield machines.The characteristics of the application of CAN bus in the automatic control of heavy-duty equipment are analyzed on basis of the application of the network technology in the control systems of shield machines.CMOS chips,such as MAX232,MAX485,LM3S2671,and PCA82C250,are used to design the physical interfaces between CAN bus and RS232 and RS485,which realizes the full-duplex communication between CAN bus and RS232 bus and RS485 bus.Multi-channel A/D interfaces for data acquisition,processing and submitting are designed.The paper provides a new concept for the design of the automatic control systems of shield machines.
