摘    要:以哈萨克斯坦让那若尔油田-KC13天然气管道工程为例,阐述了中方专家对俄罗斯监理误判的6道“焊接裂纹”(实际为焊接气孔)进行的认真分析。首先,从底片成像的分析上,对裂纹的判定提出了疑问;进而,从工艺分析上,排除了冷裂纹和热裂纹的可能性;最终,综合判定该缺陷为链状条虫形气孔。同时,说明了为减少低温环境下的焊接缺陷而采取的相应措施,为中国施工单位在中亚地区进行类似的焊接工程提供了借鉴。

Abstract:By taking Zhananol Oil Field to KC13 gas pipeline project as an example,this paper expounded the Chinese experts' analysis of the misjudgment of six"cracks"(which are stomas)decided by a Russian Supervisor at a low temperature.First,based on the film analysis,we raised questions on the judgment of the crack;second,based on the techniqical analysis,we excluded the possibility of cold cracks and hot cracks;finally,we draw a conclusion that the defects were chained cestode stomas.Simultaneously,the paper pointed out a corresponding measure,It provided references for the other Chinese construction companies when they undertook similar welding engineering projects in such an area.
