轿车发动机舱左纵梁修改前后碰撞性能对比仿真研究

摘    要:应用动态非线性有限元方法对某型轿车左纵梁修改前后发动机舱的变形过程进行了计算机模拟对比。运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,在合理简化的基础上,建立了左纵梁修改前后发动机舱的有限元模型,模拟了整车质量改变和左纵梁结构变化对发动机舱碰撞变形和吸能的影响。计算结果表明,修改后发动机舱的碰撞变形形态未发生变化,在变形量和加速度值方面都有所增加,但未产生较大差异。

Abstract:Computer simulation comparation by using dynamic non-linear finite element method is conducted for the engine cabin deformation process of a car pre and after the left side rail is modified.Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA software and rational simplification,establish finite element model of engine cabin pre and after the left side rail is modified,simulate the effect of complete vehicle weight change and left side rail structure change on engine cabine crash deformation and energy absorption.Calculation results show that crash deformation form of engine cabin after the left side rail is modified do not change,and the engine cabin had a little increase in deformation value and acceleration value, but the big difference do not happen.
