深化海事系统内事业单位收入分配制度改革探析

文中对2006年的海事系统内事业单位收入分配制度改革进行解读，分析了改革中存在的问题并建议从开展岗位聘用制度、建立绩效工资核定和运行机制、构建科学合理的绩效考核机制等方面深化海事系统内事业单位收入分配制度改革成果。

Discussion on deepening the reform of income distribution system of maritime public institution

Based on the income distribution system reform of maritime public institution in 2006, this paper analyzes the problems existed in the reform and provides some suggestions on reforming the income distribution system of maritime public institution, including the implementation of the position appointment system, establishment of a ratification and operation mechanism for the performance pay, and formation of the scientific and reasonable performance evaluation mechanism.
