摘    要:为提高集装箱码头的运作效率,降低能耗,本文同时考虑到岸桥调度和泊位分配这两个方面,建立基于滚动式计划的动态模型,提出调用规则来提高集装箱码头的运作效率以及减少废气排放,结果表明了该模型和规则的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:To improve operational efficiency and reduce consumption of existing container terminals,in this study,a dynamic allocation model using objective programming for berth allocation and quay crane assignment was developed based on rolling-horizon approach.Meanwhile many rules is proposed to improve operational efficiency and reduce consumption,To this end,the effectiveness and practicality of this study has been indicated.
