Auto Trading Policy should be Aided by more Details

The new policy was issued on Aug 10 by the Ministry of Commerce and took effect on the same day. The Policy consists of 8 chapters including general principle, policy target, sales, used vehicle circulation, parts circulation, vehicle scratch and recollection of scratch, foreign trade.
