某型盾构刀盘开裂改造的有限元分析

摘    要:针对某盾构刀盘在现场施工中经常出现刀盘开裂现象,对刀盘提出改进方案。采用有限元方法,得到刀盘结构中危险截面位于牛腿与刀盘的连接处,与实际施工中刀盘开裂出现的位置基本一致;通过对原始方案与改进方案应力对比,得到采用在刀盘上焊接一圈筋板、增加6处加固点及圆角加强板的方式,刀盘的结构强度得到改善,通过现场施工,得到验证。研究结果可为盾构刀盘的结构设计和工程施工维护提供基础数据。

Abstract:In light of the failure occurred repeatedly in the construction, such as cracking for cutter-head of shield ma- chine, the improved scheme was suggested. The dangerous section of cutter-head was found in the interface between brack- et and cutter-head by finite element method. The position of cutter-head cracking was consistent with the place often wit- nessed in practical construction. Comparison between original and improved scheme shows that by welded lap steel plate, six reinforcement points and rounded reinforcing plates, the structural strength of cutter-head was improved. The result of this research provides basic data for structural design of shield cutter and maintenance of project construction.
