| 摘 要： | 大体积异形墩柱模板的加工制作质量,是混凝土墩柱实体外观能否得到控制的关键。借助画图软件,确定模板分段精确尺寸,通过对模板加工过程中放样、号料、焊接、异形曲面制作等工艺进行控制,有效地保证了异形墩柱模板整体加工质量。

| Abstract: | The quality of processing manufacture of big volume deformed pier template is crucial for the control of the ap- pearance of concrete entity. With the help of drawing software, it confirms accurate measurement of template section. The monitoring of lofting, marking-off, welder, and deforming surfaces effectively guarantees the integral processing quality of the shaped models. |
