摘    要:通过研究和分析预应力混凝土预应力损失产生的原因,结合梯形轨枕的张拉工艺合理设置测量装置,有针对性地实测在温度变化下梯形轨枕预应力张拉值的变化,并对数据进行分析,寻找到有效减轻温度对预应力损失影响的方法及在实际生产中的控制措施,以供施工企业及有关单位参考。

Abstract:Through research and analysis of the causes of loss of prestress of prestressed concrete,the measuring device is set reasonably in light of the trapezoidal sleeper tensioning process.The changes of the prestressed tension values of trape-zoidal sleeper under temperature change were measured pertinently,and the data were analyzed to find the effective methods to reduce the influence of temperature on the loss of prestress and the control measures in the actual production so as to pro-vide the reference for the construction enterprises and the relevant units.
