岩溶发育地区盾构掘进技术

摘    要:以广州地铁八号线北延段施工9标为例,研究盾构机在岩溶发育地区掘进技术。盾构掘进前,采用区间地质补勘、溶(土)洞处理等措施,提前探明溶(土)洞并完成处理工作。掘进过程中,通过观察排泥量、注浆压力及注浆量情况,提前发现未探明溶(土)洞,及时采用双液浆注浆进行溶(土)洞处理,避免掘进中造成盾构机栽头、沉陷。

Abstract:Taking north extension section construction bid 9 of Guangzhou metro line 8 as an example,the paper carries out research on shield machine tunneling technology in Karst area.Prior to the shield tunneling,geologic exploration of the interval,Karst (soil)hole processing measures,advance proven Karst (soil)hole,should be done.In the tunneling process,the emission amount of sludge,grouting pressure and grouting volume,should be observed to explore the undis-covered Karst (soil)hole,and double liquid grouting hole should be used for the Karst (soil)hole treatment to avoid the shield machine diving,subsidence.
