摘    要:针对沈丹铁路南芬制梁场运梁通道场地受限的条件,阐述运梁通道在实施过程中遇到的一些问题及其解决措施,通过Midas Civil8.05、理正结构设计工具箱等软件设计一套较为合理的结构设施,满足900 t预制箱梁的运输要求,从而期望为类似的箱梁运输通道实施提供借鉴。

Problems and Countermeasures for the Transportation of 900 Tons Precast Concrete Box Girders

Abstract:In view of the condition of Nanfeng beam and girder station on Shenyang to Dandong railway, the paper elaborates the problems and their solutions in the implementation of the girder channel. With the help of Midas Civil 8.05 and Richard, the structure design toolbox software, reasonable structure was designed and it could satisfy the demand of the 900 t preeast concrete box girders; thereby, provide reference for similar box girder transport corridor.
