浅覆土大粒径无水砂卵石地层盾构施工技术

摘    要:直径6 m的盾构隧道已开始应用于北京电缆隧道。为确保盾构在浅覆土大粒径无水砂卵石地层中顺利掘进,采取了以下措施:渣土改良、加大同步和二次注浆量、优化掘进参数、优化刀盘布局和刀具等。通过试验结合现场的方法,保证盾构通过后地面沉降控制在规范要求之内。

Abstract:Shield tunnel with a diameter of 6 m has been applied in Beijing cable tunnel.To make the shield drive smooth-ly in the stratum of shallow overburden large size waterless sandy cobble,the following measures should be taken:impro-ving the muck,increasing the synchronous and two grouting amount,optimizing the boring parameter,optimizing the layout of cutter head and cutter tools etc.Combined with the site practice,experiment is done to find ways to ensure ground sub-sidence after the shield within the specification.
