等级公路限制速度与运行速度的相关性研究

限制速度本身不直接对事故产生影响,而是通过对运行速度的影响作用于道路安全,因此研究两者的关系是非常必要的。在相同的限速值条件下,对一级公路和二级公路道路断面的运行速度分别进行比较,发现限速值对运行速度有显著的影响,运行速度通常大于限制速度,且会随着限速值的变化而相应地增加或降低。
