| 摘 要： | ISAC应力吸收层是一种用于防止沥青加铺层反射裂缝的新型应力吸收层,它由玻纤格栅、土工布和粘弹性薄膜层复合组成夹层。采用三维有限元法对设置ISAC应力吸收层的标准加铺层结构与另两种未设置ISAC应力吸收层的对比加铺层结构进行应力分析,计算结果表明:在旧水泥混凝土路面与沥青加铺层之间设置ISAC应力吸收层后,加铺层结构的荷载应力与温度应力均有较大幅度的降低。

| Abstract: | ISAC stress absorbing layer is a new one used for preventing the bitumen overlay from reflective cracks.It is composed of glass fiber grids,geotextile and viscoelastic membrane layer into the interlayer.Three-dimensional finite element method is used to carry out the stress analysis of the standard overlay structure with ISAC stress absorbing layer and the other two contrasted overlay structures without ISAC stress absorbing layer.The calculation result makes clear that the load stress and the temperature stress of overlay structure will be decreased to the greater extent after ISAC stress absorbing layer is set up between the old cement concrete pavement and the bitumen overlay. |
