摘    要:对具有裂纹缺陷的加筋板的剩余强度进行了数值分析.考虑了加筋板上的三种缺陷形式,即板和筋上的垂直裂纹,板和筋上的倾斜裂纹以及板上的裂纹和筋上的圆孔.对板和筋上的相对裂纹长度、材料属性、板和筋的厚度、裂纹开裂角度以及圆孔的直径等影响参数进行了分析.同时,将无加筋板剩余强度的经验公式推广到加筋板,并验证了公式的有效性.

Abstract:Aging ship structures are prone to fatigue cracks.Cracks will cause reduction of ultimate strength of panels,so residual strength assessment of stiffened ductile panels under extreme loading is of great significance. In this paper, numerical analyses on residual tensile strength of stiffened panels with crack damage are carried out. Three types of damaged panels are considered, namely panels with vertical cracks, inclined cracks, crack and cope-hole.Influential factors of relative crack length, yield ratio of material, plate thickness, crack angle, relative crack length combinations in main plate and stiffener, and cope-hole dimension are analyzed. And the validity of empirical equations for residual strength of single cracked plate is examined by transforming the cracks of stiffened panel to an equivalent crack in a single plate.The results obtained are graphically illustrated in figures and some useful conclusions are provided by analyses on calculation results.
