中压交流真空断路器均压环抗冲击性能仿真分析

摘    要:船舶机电设备的抗冲击性能是考核设备战时生命力的重要指标.本文基于ANSYS仿真软件,通过有限元仿真方法分析了断路器样机的均压环在冲击载荷作用下的结构稳定性,并依据分析结果对其结构及安装方式进行改进,改进后均压环不存在应力危险区域.

Abstract:The shock resistance of marine electromechanical equipment is a significant index in assessing the equipment vitality in wartime.In this paper,based on ANSYS,the structural stability of the equalizing ring of the circuit breaker prototype under shock load is analyzed using the finite element simulation method.Then,based on these analyses,improvements on its structure and installation method are proposed.The simulation results show that no stress dangerous areas remain in the improved equalizing ring.
