蓄电池组寿命估算系统的研究与开发

摘    要:本文介绍了通过假定周期估算电池组寿命的方法,开发了蓄电池组寿命估算系统,对其功能、结构和工作原理进行了分析与论述.详细阐述了系统内主回路测量模块和监控主机的架构、软硬件设计方案,以及假定周期的计算和校准算法.设计成果可应用于船舶动力蓄电池组的在线监测和智能诊断.

Abstract:In this paper,a method to estimate the battery’s life expenditure by means of the concept of supposing cycles was proposed,and a battery life cycle estimation system was designed.The functions,structure and working principle were analyzed.Then,the architecture,software and hardware design of the main circuit measurement module and the monitoring device in the system were described in detail.The converted calculation and calibration algorithm of the supposing cycles were introduced.The estimation system can be applied to on-line monitoring and intelligent diagnosis of marine power batteries.
