| 摘 要： | 对外援助公路项目可行性考察的工作质量，关系到项目的立项、设计、施工、验交等全过程，甚至关系到我国与受援国的关系。因此，考察组应挑选业务精湛、经验丰富的技术人员，把握资料收集、技术标准确定、工程数量计算、估算编制、技术谈判等工作重点，做好援外项目的前期考察工作。
