以心理行为训练为抓手提升大学班集体凝聚力

辽宁省交通高等专科学校在贯彻落实《中共中央、国务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》过程中,坚持育人为本,德育为先,把立德树人作为人才培养的根本任务。学校在思想政治教育工作开展方面,以心理健康教育工作为抓手,沿着这一工作思路,本文在大学班集体凝聚力建设方面,以心理行为训练为突破口,通过设置＂放松类＂项目,在对班级成员实施心理减压基础上组建心理行为训练团队;通过设置＂沟通类、耐力类＂项目,增强班级成员自信心、责任感和有效沟通等优良品质;通过设置＂协作类＂项目,增强班级成员的领导力、团队精神和团队协作能力等,不断探索大学班集体凝聚力建设的新途径、新方法。

Whith the Grasper of Psychcology Behavior Training Enhance the Class Cohesion

Liaoning Provincial College of Communications in the process of carrying out ideological and political education of college students, adhere to students-centered education and moral education first, tak-ing morality education as the fundamental task of talent cultivation. The college develops the education of Ideological and Political with the starting point of mental health education. This article takes measure of psychology behavior training in culturing of class cohesion. The ＂Relax＂ project is set to the formation of the team on the implementation of psychological decompression based on class members. The ＂Communi-cation and Endurance Class＂ project is set to enhance the class members of self-confidence, sense of re-sponsibility and effective communication. The ＂Cooperation＂ project is set to strengthen class members of the leadership, team spirit and team cooperation ability. Various methods of university class cohesion build- ing is exploring afterwards.
