Wreck Removal has been a difficult issue in maritime administrative activities. This article, through analyzing the present status of the law and regulations concerning wreck removal both athome and abroad and roles of relevant parties, provides its views on regarding the ship owner, manager, insurer, shipper, ship causing the accident, and bareboat charter as the main psrties of responsibility and there relevant obligations.
