摘    要:XQD3140G6D7.5吨自卸汽车所用底肋是由EQ1141G5普通载货汽车改制而成的,使用中出现副车架开裂及中横梁焊缝断裂的故障,分析后认为产生故障的主要原因为:使用中超载;应力集中,自卸车车箱满载时,负载全部集中在副车架上,二者并没有形成刚性联结,当车在不平路面上行驶时,车箱对副车架产生冲击,轴距较长,轴荷分配不尽合理,相对而言副梁受力不好。针对上述故障,采取了加固措施,排除了故障。

Abstract:Chassiss of 7. 5 ton dumper truck model XQD3140G6D is made by modifying the cornmon truck model EQ1141GJ. Failure of sub-frame crack and middle cross beam welding seam breakage has occurred in operation. Main causes of the failrure have been detected by analysis to be as follows:overload in operation;stress concentration;load to tally on the sub-frame,while the dumper truck body is in full load; when the dumper truck drivers on uneren road,impact occurres between the body and sub-frame as the two components have not been formed a rigid conncction ithe length of wheel base is cornparitively too long, load distribution is not so rational,and load on sub-frame relatively worse. Reinforcement measures are then adopted corresponoling to the above causes of failure,whick eliminates the trouble.
