| 摘 要： | 本文用8只雄性成年猫,以戊巴比妥钠麻醉,将33％的HRP(sigma Ⅵ)注射于右侧背海马或腹海马,在下列各核区观察到酶标细胞:丘脑前核,内、外侧下丘脑核,下乳头丘脑束核,上乳头体核,内侧隔核,斜角带,旁海马回,中缝背核,中央上核,篮斑和对侧海马的CA_3与CA_4区等。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the afferent porjections to the hippocampus with HRP. Eight male adult cate were anesthetized with sodium pentobarbital. Thirty-three per cent solution of HRP(Sigma Type Ⅵ) was slowly injected into the dorsal or ventral hippocampus on the right side in 8 cats. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The labeled cells were seen in the anterior thalamic nuclei, medial and lateral hypothalamus nucleus, submammillothalamic nucleus and supramammillary nucleus. 2. The labeled neurons were also observed in the medial septal nucleus, diagonal band and parahippocampal gyrus. 3. We found the labeled cells in the dorsal raphc nucleus, superior central nucleus and locus coerulus of the brain stem. In addition, HRP neurons were also seen in the areas CA_3 and CA_4 of hippocampus on the contralateral side. |
