| 摘 要： | 针对当前建设工程施工标段划分缺少有效的定量化的分析方法,不得不依赖主观判断的现状,从交易费用理论出发,将建设工程总成本分为合同前交易费用、生产费用和合同后交易费用三个组成部分,建立建设工程施工标段划分优化模型,并应用Monte Carlo方法对模型进行求解.实例分析表明,该模型和求解方法是有效、可行的.
