保障城市公共交通和谐发展的定价策略

各种公共交通方式在城市公共交通系统的定位是不同的，所承担的运输任务也不同。但是我国大城市公共交通系统中各类运输方式缺乏统筹管理，各种交通方式应该拥有什么样的规模，交通方式的结构比例情况如何，采用什么样的衔接方式等等问题并没有得到很好地研究，使得各种运输方式在运营过程中并不能各尽其责。从公交定价的角度出发，通过对城市公交需求弹性和公交内部不同方式交叉弹性的分析，提出保障城市公共交通和谐发展的定价策略，以促进公共交通系统的良性发展。
