摘    要:远程设备故障诊断是Internet技术、通信技术与机械设备故障诊断技术的结合。现有的远程故障诊断技术不利于野外作业和较大规模的数据传输。本文分析了GPRS技术应用于远程故障诊断的重要性和可行性,提出了利用GPRS无线网络进行远程故障诊断的技术。在此基础上结合摊铺机的远程故障诊断设计了系统的整体构成和各个部分的具体实现,并分析了GPRS技术在实现远程故障诊断方面的特点和优势,扩大了故障诊断的应用范围。

Abstract:Remote equipment fault diagnosis is the combination of internet technique,communication technique and the mechanical equipment fault diagnosis technique.The existing technique has disadvantages when working in the field and transmitting a large amount of data.The significance and feasibility of GPRS technique applying to the remote fault diagnosis are analyzed.The remote fault diagnosis system by means of GPRS network is put forward.The total frame and all parts are designed combined with the remote diagnosis system of a paver.The characteristic and the superiority of GPRS technique are analyzed and its application will be extended.
