摘    要:TOPSIS(逼近理想解的排序方法)是求解多属性决策问题的一个典型方法。根据此法,提出了惠州荃湾港区石化码头泊位扩建规模方案及TOPSIS优选模型,得到模型的正、负理想解。根据相似度定义了各方案到正理想解和负理想解的距离,得出各方案的相对贴近度,从而得到该港区石化码头泊位扩建规模最佳方案;为该港区石化码头建设规模决策提供理论参考。

Abstract:TOPSIS is a typical approach to solve multiattribute decision-making problems. Based on this approach, schemes for expanding the petrochemical berths in Quanwan Port in Huizhou and a TOPSIS model for optimizing the schemes have been made and both positive and negative ideal solutions have been obtained. The distances between the schemes and both the positive and negative ideal solutions are defined in accordance with the similarity to determine the relative closeness coefficient of various schemes, thus obtaining a scheme with the optimized expanding dimensions for the petrochemical berths in Quanwan Port in Huizhou and providing theoretical consideration for decision making for the size of expansion of the petrochemical berths in Quanwan Port.
