电控发动机排气温度动态估计算法

摘    要:对电控发动机排气温度与其影响因素之间的关系进行了深入分析,采用模型与统计拟合相结合的方法构建了一种新的排气温度估计算法。该算法综合考虑了多个影响因素,并着重对EGR率的影响规律进行了分析。考虑发动机工作过程的多个延迟环节,将算法扩展应用于动态过程的排气温度估计,并得到了基于循环的离散表达式。试验证明该算法在稳态和动态时都能取得较好的估计效果。

Abstract:The relationships between exhaust temperature and its influencing factors,especially the EGR rate,are analyzed and a new algorithm for estimating exhaust temperature is worked out by means of the combination of modeling and statistical fitting.Taking into account several delaying links in the engine working process,the algorithm is further extended for being used in transient states of engine in discrete form.Experiments on a 1.9L TDI engine showed excellent performance of the algorithm in both steady and transient states of engine.
