常州港口发展定位与布局优化研究

在江苏省沿江开发战略和物流业振兴规划背景下，常州港如何在夹缝中生存，首先需要明确港口发展定位、优化港口布局。文章通过分析常州港现状发展条件以及发展机遇，明确了港口发展定位，并对常州港物流园区规模进行测算，分析现有港口规划布局不足，借鉴国外先进港口布局案例，提出了拓展港口岸线、设计公铁水联运港口、调整港口功能布局的优化思路。

Research on Development Orientation and Layout Optimization of Changzhou Port

Under the background of development strategy along the Yangze River of Jiangsu province and the logistics indus- try revitalization planning, how to survive in the cracks, the port development position and layout needed to be clear and optimized. Firstly the development conditions and opportunities of Changzhou Port are analyzed, the development is posi- tioned, then the logistics park scope of Changzhou Port is estimated, and the defects of layout of existing port planning are discussed, lastly according to foreign advanced port layout, the optimization of Changzhou Port layout is put forward： ex- pands port coastline, designs multimodal transport port, adjusts the port functional layout.
