| 摘 要： | 铁路信息化是铁路现代化的重要标志,铁路运输要实现安全、快捷,需建立高效的信息处理系统。介绍哈尔滨铁路局按照铁道部的总体要求结合运输生产实际,开发"保价及货运事故处理系统",论述系统的研制背景、总体架构,介绍系统的基本功能和特点,最后对"保价及货运事故处理系统"的应用成效进行了分析,并对继续深化的方面进行了初步研究。
