渝怀线信息系统工程建设管理经验初探

渝怀线信息系统工程是在铁路跨越式发展思路指导下,工程建设模式发生重大变革过程中,首次依照"同步设计、同步建设、同步开通"的新思路实现的新线信息系统工程建设项目.从工程建设管理角度回顾了工程建设过程,分析了工程建设难点,并结合信息系统与新线运营同步开通的目标,对今后铁路新线信息系统工程建设管理工作提出了有益的建议.

Discussion on engineering project experience of Information Management System of Yuhuai Railway Line

The Information Management System of Yuhuai Railway Line was a new line information system engineering project,the implementation of which was implemented under the guiding thought of Railway Leaping Development and for the first time in light of a fresh thinking of "synchronous design,synchronous construction and synchronously putting into production ".It was looked back upon the constructing process of project from the angle of engineering management and given a detail analysis of project building difficulties.Moreover,it was also,for the future,offered available proposals for how to conduct the building management of a new line information system project if the Information Management System was required to put into production with the new railway line.
