防火封堵材料在地铁中的应用和施工

通过选用具有低烟低毒、不会坍缩脱落、不会软化流变、不吸水、不易风化分解的新型防火封堵材料(如泡沫堵料、阻火模块),说明加强对电缆电线的防火封堵是减少火灾发生或蔓延串烧的十分重要和必要的措施。在地铁建设中,应把机电防火封堵工程作为一个独立单项工程来组织,做到统一设计、统一材料、统一工艺、统一施工、统一验收,确保地铁防火安全。

Application of Fire-proof Blocking Materials in Metro

Some new kinds of fire-proof materials with the characteristics of low smoke,low toxicity,non-shrinkage,non-softening,non-hygroscopicity and non-efflorescence shall be applied widely to metro construction,e.g.,foam blocking material,fire-blocking module,etc.In this case,it is necessary and important to strengthen the fire-proofing blocking of cables/wires in order to decrease arising and spread of fire.Fire-proofing blocking for electrical and mechanical system shall be regarded as an independent specialty or field in order to ensure the fire-proofing safety under unified design,unified materials,unified crafts,unified construction and unified inspection.
