| 摘 要： | 介绍了变速器接合套换档机构及其换档过程，以及这种换档方式的缺点，简要介绍了适应现代汽车发展要求的同步器。并以东风ＥＱ１０９０Ｅ型汽车五档变速器的锁销式惯性同步器为例，详细说明了它的结构与工作原理，最后介绍了正确使用和维护同步器的方法。

| Abstract: | Firstly shifter collar clutching mechanism and speed shifting prcess of transmission box as well as defects of this kind shifting mode are presented. Then construction and working principle of synchronizer which satisfies the demand of modern motor vehicle development are described in detail with lock pin type inertial synchronizer of the five speed transmission of Dongfeng model EQ 1090E truck as an axample. Finally,correct method of operation and maintenance of the synchronizer is introduced. |
