| 摘 要： | 详细分析影响舰船维修效益的主要因素。针对现今多样的复杂系统评估问题，在层次分析法的基础上作了进一步扩展，形成复杂系统评估法。可运用于多类型属性并存的复杂系统评估中，并能对单个评价对象给出量化评估值。实践证明，该方法具有可行性，有效性。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the main factors impacting ship's repairing benefit.It makes a further improvement on the basis of AHP according to the evaluating problems of various complicated system ,which forms the evaluating method of complicated system.It can be used in the evaluating problems with different kinds of attributes and also can give a single evaluating object a quantitative value.The new method has been proved practical and efficient. |
