摘    要:针对大型船舶涂装车间,建立用于两种不同通风方案和挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)废气扩散的数学模型。运用数值模拟方法,研究不同通风方案的气流速度场和气流压力场的分布特点及其对VOCs废气排除效果的影响规律。结果表明:侧进侧排(Side Intake and Side Discharge,SISD)式的原有通风方案导致车间VOCs废气不断向车间顶部累积,通风效率较低;而侧进底排顶部补风式的优化通风方案可有效提升车间湍流区域面积和风速,对VOCs废气排除效果作用显著。研究结果可为船舶涂装车间通风系统的优化设计提供参考依据。

Numerical Simulation of VOCs Exhaust Gas Elimination Effect in Ship Painting Workshop
Abstract:In view of the large ship painting workshop, the mathematical models for two different ventilation schemes and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) exhaust gas diffusion are established. The distribution characteristics of airflow velocity field and airflow pressure field in different ventilation schemes and their influence laws on the VOCs exhaust gas elimination effect are studied with the numerical simulation method. The results showed that: the original ventilation scheme of Side Intake and Side Discharge (SISD) leads to the continuous accumulation of VOCs exhaust gas to the top of the workshop, and the ventilation efficiency is low; the optimized ventilation scheme of Side Intake and Bottom Discharge with Top Air Replenishment can effectively improve the turbulent area and wind speed in the workshop, and play significant roles in the VOCs exhaust gas elimination effect. The research results can provide reference for the optimization design of ventilation system in ship painting workshop.
