摘 要: | 选取24 000 TEU集装箱船上层建筑作为研究对象,进行有限元建模,对其整体吊装过程进行模拟。对初始吊装方案和加强方案进行校核,查看结构应力和结构变形情况,并根据结果反馈对初始吊装方案和加强方案进行相应调整。优化模型显示结构突变成功消除。对吊点附近的结构进行加强,确保结构应力顺利传递,应力降至许用范围内,上层建筑安全吊装。

Optimization and Strengthening of Superstructure Overall Lifting of 24 000 TEU Container Ship |

Abstract: | Taken the superstructure of 24 000 TEU container ship as the research object, the finite element model is built to simulate its overall lifting process. The initial lifting scheme and strengthening scheme are checked to examine the structural stress and structural deformation, and the initial lifting scheme and strengthening scheme are adjusted relevantly according to the results feedback. The optimized model shows that the sudden structural changes are eliminated successfully. The structural strengthening near the lifting points ensures that the structural stress is transferred smoothly, the stress falls to the allowable range, and the superstructure is safely lifted. |
