摘    要:针对目前我国船舶工业行业挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)排放现状,对源头、工艺过程和末端治理各环节所采取的减排措施进行分析和梳理,从工艺设计到工艺全流程系统地提出降低涂装VOCs排放治理的路线,可为船舶工业行业全面开展VOCs污染防治工作提供技术基础。

Analysis of VOCs Emission Status and Pollution Control Route in Chinese Shipbuilding Industry
Abstract:In view of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) emission status in Chinese shipbuilding industry, the emission reduction measures adopted in the source, technology process, and terminal treatment are analyzed and sorted out, and the treatment route for reducing the painting VOCs emission is systematically proposed from the technology design to the whole technology flow, which can provide technical basis for the shipbuilding industry to develop the comprehensive VOCs pollution prevention and control work.
