基于改进多层次灰色关联分析法的无功补偿方案评价

摘    要:无功补偿方案的确定,影响因素众多,缺乏科学量化的方案评价。文章提出基于多层次灰色关联分析法的无功补偿方案评价模型,利用层次分析法确定指标权重,该权重经过熵值法调整降低其主观性,最后利用灰色加权关联度进行方案评价。该评价模型通过中国铁路呼和浩特局集团有限公司焊轨段35kV配电所无功动态补偿装置技改工程验证,充分证明了其实用性,可为类似工程无功补偿方案评价提供参考。

Abstract:The determination of reactive power compensation scheme has many influencing factors and lacks scientific and quantitative scheme evaluation.This paper proposes the evaluation model of reactive power compensation scheme based on multi-level grey correlation analysis,and determines the index weight by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The weight is adjusted by entropy method to reduce its subjectivity.In conclusion,the scheme is evaluated by grey weighted correlation degree.The evaluation model has been verified by the technical upgrade project of reactive power dynamic compensation device of 35 kV distribution substation of welded rail depot of China Railway Hohhot Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.,which fully proves its practicability and provides reference for the evaluation of reactive power compensation solution of similar projects.
