船舶除锈用水作业新工艺研究

摘    要:船舶的内舱、外表面和甲板的除锈除漆是修船工程的重要环节。文章在总结传统除锈工艺的基础上,提出全面采用集超高压旋转水射流技术为核心的平面清洗器来应对各种表面的除锈作业。在250MPa、50L/min的水射流工况下,以40~60mm不变的最佳靶距和直径300mm的旋转纯水射流。同时采用专用执行机构和爬壁机器人作业,实现高质量、高效率、安全、环保的大面积表面除锈作业。这一用水作业的新工艺研究,将全面促进修船除漆工艺的技术进步。
