| 摘 要： | 本文通过对高校财务预算管理方面存在的几个问题,作了一些简要的分析说明。针对如何加强预算管理提出了:领导重视,加大改革创新力度,从宏观上控制;财务人员加强内部管理,从微观上控制。并且提出了有待探讨的人员经费支出———即按收入提取的10%的奖贷基金的问题。对于加强高校预算管理可以起到一定的借鉴作用。
