| Abstract: | Combining the characteristics of the bidding documents of Beijing metro projects, this Paper introduces the process to establish a tendering solution with high potential profit and its performance method during the tendering phase, from the aspects such as how to determine the total quotation, what kind of strategies should be taken, and how to adjust the quotation structure as well as the personal experience. |
