跨座式单轨交通车辆段试车线长度计算研究

摘    要:跨座式单轨交通车辆新车组装及检修后均需要在试车线进行动态调试,以检验新车组装质量和修程车检修质量;检验车辆技术状态,进行系统调试和性能试验。在车辆段设计中,试车线的设计非常重要,其设计重点是合理确定试车线长度。采用平均加速度法和牵引计算法对单轨交通试车线长度进行计算,分析比较高速试车和中速试车2种试车工况的计算结果,指出试车线长度设计应优先采用牵引计算方法得出的数据,并根据用地条件设计试车线。当车辆段试车线长度不能满足高速试车要求时,应在正线选择合适区段进行高速试车。

Abstract:In order to test the quality of assembled new vehicles and the maintenance quality of repaired vehicles,the straddle type monorail vehicles require dynamic debugging in the test track after assembly or maintenance. The technical conditions of vehicles are inspected and system debugging and performance test are conducted. It is very important to design a test track when a depot is design,especially the defining of the length of the test track. In this paper,the average acceleration method and traction calculation method are employed to calculate the length of the test track; the calculation results of the two kinds of test conditions in high speed test and middle test are analyzed and compared; the design of test track length should give priority to traction calculation method to obtain data,and test track is so designed according to the site conditions. When the test track length in depot can not meet the requirements of high speed test,an appropriate section of the main line shall be selected for high-speed test.
