口岸铁路扩能改造总体方案研究

随着我国经济的快速发展和对外开放进一步深化,我国与蒙古国、俄罗斯的客货交流日益增加,新建或改建口岸铁路项目会越来越多。以集二线扩能改造总体方案研究为例,对口岸铁路扩能改造总体方案进行总结,提出影响口岸铁路扩能方案的主要因素、几种必须考虑的扩能方案、几项主要技术标准选择以及口岸站改建方案应考虑的内容,最后总结了口岸铁路设计、建设时几个应该注意的问题。

Study on Overall Scheme of Port Railway Capacity Expansion and Reconstruction

With rapid development of domestic economy and further opening to the outside world,passengers and freight exchanges among China,Mongolia and Russia are increasing day by day,which results in more and more port railway projects to be built or reconstructed. Taking the overall scheme of capacity expansion and reconstruction project of Ji'ning-Erlianhot Railway as the study case,this article summarizes overall scheme of capacity expansion for the port railway,points out the main influences on the capacity expansion scheme,proposes options for capacity expansion,addresses the selection of main technical standards and main considerations about the reconstruction scheme of the port station,and,finally,summarizes the main concerns during the design and construction of the port railway.
