上海城市轨道交通网络化运营体系的建设

回顾了上海城市轨道交通发展历程,并分析了城市轨道交通网络化运营需求与对策.按照"体系构建网络化、管理架构扁平化、管理手段信息化、资源利用集约化"的思路,提出纵向由"网络集中管理层、线路区域控制层、车站现场执行层"构成的三个层次的网络化运营管理架构,横向由"网络运营指挥系统、网络维护保障系统、信息资源管理系统"构成的三个方面的网络化运营支持系统,以及一个统一的网络基础通信平台,共同构成网络化运营体系.通过全面、专业、集约、高效的网络运营体系建设,实现上海城市轨道交通网络"安全、可靠、高效"运营.

Construction of Shanghai Urban Rail Networking Operation System
